As a concierge medical practice, we operate on an annual membership model, allowing us to maintain a limited patient panel. This ensures extended appointment times, direct communication with your dedicated physician, and a truly personalized approach to your care.
Our services encompass a broad spectrum of healthcare needs, including Comprehensive Primary Care, Chronic Care Management, and specialized areas such as Pulmonology, Botox treatments, Weight Loss, and more. These services are designed to offer convenience and excellence, putting your health at the forefront of everything we do.
Membership fees can be paid through Health Savings or Flexible Spending Accounts, covering access to your physician and their time. Please note that medical service costs are billed separately.

Meet The Providers
Angela Shao, MD
Dr. Shao earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry, with a minor in Psychology and Business Studies, from New York University. She graduated cum laude with her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical College. She is currently board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Obesity Medicine.
Her passion for Primary Care stems from her love of building strong patient relationships and the continuity of care they bring. She values connecting with diverse patient populations and addressing the challenges posed by a wide variety of conditions.
Previously with WestMed, Dr. Shao is now ready to launch her own practice, where she will not only provide Primary Care services but also offer treatments to enhance patients’ appearance using Botox injections, along with comprehensive care for those struggling with Obesity.
Lisa Youkeles, MD
Dr. Lisa Youkeles’ first passion was music. Aspiring to become a concert pianist, she graduated from the prestigious Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art in New York City. However, her journey took a turn when she fell in love with biology, leading her to pursue a career in academic science. Realizing her true talent lay in connecting with people rather than working in laboratories, she shifted her focus to medicine—a decision she has never regretted.
Dr. Youkeles earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine, where she discovered a love for the diverse aspects of patient care. She chose internal medicine for her residency, training at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. Her passion for critical care led her to complete a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center.
In academic medicine, Dr. Youkeles served as Director of the Surgical Intensive Care Unit and Co-Director of the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Beth Israel Medical Center–North Division. In this role, she mentored medical students, residents, and fellows, contributing to their education and training. She co-authored chapters in critical care and pulmonary medicine, presented original research at national conferences, and served on committees for national societies in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine.
After her tenure at Beth Israel, Dr. Youkeles transitioned to private practice in Westchester, working with the Maple Medical Group and later Westmed, now Summit Health. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine (specializing in asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, and sleep apnea), Critical Care Medicine, and recently earned certification in Obesity Medicine.
Dr. Youkeles finds the greatest joy in her profession through building meaningful connections with her patients. This passion made her move to WestDocs Concierge a natural fit, allowing her to dedicate more time to each patient. At WestDocs Concierge, patients benefit from personalized care, the ability to consult with her without time constraints, and the assurance that she is always available to support them.
When asked, “Would you do it all over again?” Dr. Youkeles confidently replies, “Yes!” She has found her true calling and wouldn’t change a thing about her journey.
Diana Arévalo, MD
Dr. Arévalo was born in Bogotá, Colombia, where she earned her medical degree from the National University of Colombia. She immigrated to the United States to further her education, completing an Internal Medicine residency at Queens Hospital Center, Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
For over 20 years, Dr. Arévalo has cared for diverse patient populations, always striving to exceed expectations in improving her patients’ quality of life. Her kindness, respect, and compassion have become hallmarks of her practice, whether in Anniston, AL, or later in Peekskill, White Plains, and most recently, New Rochelle, NY.
Dr. Arévalo is deeply committed to both the physical and mental well-being of her patients. She now also offers Weight Loss services, integrating psychological, nutritional, and medication-based approaches to achieve optimal and lasting results.
